Binge Drinking
Im stopping doing it, as im getting fatter, spending too much cash, and it's not big, and it's not clever. Im old enought to know better, so im doing something about it :o)

I have managed to cut down myself Spike good on you. It only leads to taking a dip in the depression I restrict now to max of 3 drinks in a night.
